After 12 years in the multi-family housing industry, Greenbrier Enterprises, LLC was established in 2007.  As owners and managers of affordable multi-family housing units in historic Lynchburg, Virginia, Greenbrier Enterprises seeks to expand into the thriving downtown Lynchburg area, renovating existing structures into high-quality, multi-income dwellings with all of the benefits that downtown living offers.
